On Sunday, February 20, 2005, Treowth asked where the four IFX executives who pled guilty to "participating in an international conspiracy to fix prices in the DRAM market" might be found. Then . . .

"Three of the four are indeed freedom impaired. Mr. Corwin's status and location can not be determined."

Now . . .

two of the three - GUNTER M HEFNER and PETER SCHAFER - have been released. The third, HEINRICH FLORIAN is expected to end his freedom impairment on August 12, 2005.
