Spong.com posts that Sony is planning on spoiling Microsoft’s holiday release of Xbox 360 by slashing the price of its recently redesigned PS2 which reportedly costs Sony less than $100.00 to manufacturer. Spong claims that Nintendo has similar holiday plans.
While surfing Spong I noticed another article dissing analysts at Wedbush Morgan who believe that Sony will delay the release of PS3 – expected in Spring ’06 – to early ’07 if the software support for Xbox 360 is weak.
