Anyway, it's January 2008 and you want to make a play on the action in Judge Whyte's courtroom set for April. You're already aware that, if Judge Whyte were a sprinter, he'd probably run the 100 meters in about 14 days.

So, instead of buying May options, you try the "safer" play and go with August.
