Rambus Inc. avoids arbitration in Korea

The United States Supreme Court declined to review the affirmed decision of a California Superior Court Judge denying Samsung Electronics and Hynix Semiconductor arbitration in Korea regarding Rambus Inc.'s antitrust lawsuit against Samsung, Hynix and others who conspired to price-fix DRAM. Both companies had contracts with Rambus that included arbitration provisions.

Any Donkey reports that speculation among the farm animals is that settlement negotiations will now shift to high speed as each cartel member attempts to avoid becoming the last in line to walk the plank. I am hoping that Micron finds itself last.
