CNet News reports that Thomas Barnett, U.S. Justice Department's assistant attorney general for antitrust is pleased with the 2002 Microsoft consent decree stating, "(The) remedy was well-crafted and has been successful."
The cynical will keep an eye on Mr. Barnett and take note if he moves to the private sector.
