Unable to get its act together, Rambus Inc. continues to delay putting its financial house in order and filing its restated financials. Should Rambus Inc. miss the July 18, 2007, deadline imposed by Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council (Council) to file its delinquent quarterly and annual reports, the "Board has determined to stay the decision to suspend the Company’s securities from trading, pending further consideration from the Nasdaq Board."
