Judge Whyte reversed

The Honorable Ronald Whyte's 2005 conviction of Qing Chang Jiang, 55, of intentionally making a false statement to the agent from the U.S. Commerce Department's Office of Export Enforcement in 2002 was overturned by by a three judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The 9th Circuit is infamous for getting it wrong - maintaining a "perfect" record for the 2006 October Term with the U.S. Supreme Court . . . they are 0-5 . . . all five cases from the 9th Circuit reversed by the Supremes . . .

The Honorable Judge Whyte can take professional comfort in the knowledge that the final answer from the 9th Circuit is often not final . . .
