A question for the Honorable Panelists suggested by btburn03 of the Investor Village RMBS board (Post 30618) :
What do the judges think about the increasing use of the courts by large, frequently multinational, corporations against smaller competitors/companies as a 'tool' to achieve a 'business' outcome through delay, legal costs and impairment of business opportunities that they could not otherwise hope to achieve?
