The only way that JEDEC avoids Rambus patent is to have a perpetual free pass to the entire Rambus patent portfolio.

It’s All Headed to Appeal

Then again, the decision of the Commission in light of the findings of the Administrative Law Judge was also ludicrous so we expect the FTC to at least set a low rate that Rambus will appeal along with the finding of liability.
