that the options backdating scandal is not about "accounting errors", but
all about cheating.
You could tell as the voice of "Satish" significantly wavered when an analyst

I think he needed to choose his words carefully because he is on the record. He and HH both said ON THE RECORD that they did not see any problem from 04 and 05...and there is no sign of intend found so far in 03. I think the scandal is too far blown and they will make a one time correction, as painful as it may be, like Apple did years back.
