Fred Hager, long a champion of all things Rambus Inc., now stands at the gate of Rambushire and admits in his recent newsletter that he is "quite disturbed" with the governance of the options compensation at Rambus.
However, like most of the longsuffering Rambus shareholders, Mr. Hager remains focused on the litigation.
