Sun Tzu forgets 2 most important "faults" that a general may have that are very much applicable to "general" Hughes, who should be demoted to "private":
6.) Lack of understanding of his true mission; and,
7.) Insensitive to the needs and concerns of his troops for whom he serves (the shareholders.)
Instead, "general" Hughes showed a most contemptuous conduct. HE SHOULD BE COURT-MARTIALED!
