Rambus Inc. wins, Jury tells Hynix to pay

Trading remains halted.

The jury in the U.S. District Court for Northern California in San Jose ordered Hynix, the world's No. 2 maker of memory chips, to pay $307 million to Rambus, which developed technology to make such chips run faster.
