A Federal Judge in Delaware issued an injuction (3/29/06) prohibiting Micron Technology Inc. from proceeding in its case against Rambus Inc. which Micron filed in the Eastern District of Virginia. Micron hoped to find comfort and relief in the courtroom of Judge Payne who has repeatedly ruled against Rambus over the years.
In the same order, Rambus was denied its motion to transfer its dispute pending in Delaware to California.
