On February 21, 2006, Judge Payne will host a
hearing to determine whether the Court has subject matter jurisdiction to rule on Samsung's Motion for Finding That Samsung Is a Prevailing Party and the Award of Reasonable Attorney's Fees and Samsung's Motion to Find This An Exceptional Case and for Attorney Fees.Joe of the Pinehurst Thread will be there and report back.
