Judge Whyte* to help India with intellectual property rights

rediff.com reports that Judge Ronald Whyte is part of a 61 member delegation of the "who's who" of the intellectual property rights world that gathered this week and next in India to "discuss issues relating to intellectual property rights, and to help India enact appropriate legislation in this regard."

Under the aegis of George Washington University's Law School, Judge Randall R Rader will lead the delegation.

Improper venue.
The delegation should go to Idaho, Germany and Korea, instead of India.
