That it took the FTC a week to post a docket entry is typically bureaucatic, as predicted. But the FTC is not an ordinary government agency. It is clothed with quasi-judicial powers. As such, it should act on matters that are before it for adjudication more EXPEDITIOUSLY! ... especially on matters that are imbued with public interest, such as the Rambus "case" which has become nothing but a true "case and controversy" in light of Judge McGuire's ID and Judge Whyte's recent ruling rendering the contentions of FTC Complaint Counsel moot and academic!
It is time for the FTC to now rule on the case and affirm McGuire's ID.
Thereupon, the FTC Inspector General should conduct a thorough and impartial investigation as to how the Rambus "case" became a case as conceived by Sean Royall who should also be included in the investigation. Rambus investors who reside in the Washington, D.C., area should take note.
