In what can easily be characterized as a clear victory for Rambus, Judge Whyte ruled that Rambus did not commit the offense of unlawful spoliation warranting dismissal of their patent case against Hynix...The release continues in the typically Hager-esq fashion.
One has to admire unflagging devotion.
