Treowth responds to bearinv

Multiple attempts to post on the Rambus Yahoo! board failed due to busy servers. With respect bearinv, my response to your post follows:

bearinv posts is part:

Empiricum fails to mention or accept that the ultimate mover and shaker behind Payne's motivation to thwart Rambus is the executive branch.
My response:

Any Donkey and Empiricum are not one and the same.

"Black Helicopters" was penned by Any Donkey who posts on this board (Yahoo!) as "grandeplease".

You are correct, I do not accept the 'executing orders' theory to which you and some others on this board subscribe.

Reasonable minds can differ.

Has Judge Payne made mistakes, even serious ones? Yes, CAFC said so. That doesn't equal corruption.

Is Judge Payne corrupt? I don't know and don't think anybody who reads this board knows - unless they are part of "high command" as you describe your version of reality.

Reasonable minds can differ. You many very well be correct.

Show me facts. Show me a money trail that benefits Judge Payne.

Rambus is spending about $120K and day, seven days a week on legal fees. There is some serious and even desperate cash invested in Rambus. I don't doubt for a minute that somebody has crawled all through Judge Payne's life looking for something corrupt. Where is the evidence?

Is Judge Payne unhappy with Rambus? Yup. Judges can get that way.

Reasonable minds can differ. I respect your opinion - I just don't see the evidence.

You are in good company . . . "Only the paranoid survive." Andrew S. Grove.

You "GO" donkey friend - and, please, for the benefit of those of us appreciating different views, do NOT cease. You and "EMP" are not one and the same. I know that. Neither actually, are your opinions although both are to be respected.
Where do all the dullards come from? A ridiculous question !!
I rest my case.
Thank you. Sincerely, "B.A."
