Ramboids' adopted family - Update

Email from Jim:

My friend, **, just cried and cried when she received her first checks that I had asked people to send to her. I was not there, but Wilson, the owner of **, told me he gave her a couple of checks and she said, "how do people so far away know we needed money?", "why do they care about me?". He said it so touching to see her reaction, all he could do is hug her and he told her, "please be happy and know that there are people who care about folks in Louisiana"

As you may have heard on the news yesterday, it is **'s hometown, Chalmette, where the 32 nursing home residents were found dead. The water came with such force there that a ten foot wall of water just rolled through the town destroying homes and drowning people in its wake. It is estimated that 1500 residents will eventually be found dead.
