The meter has been updated to reflect the reported litigation expenses for the first six months of 2005 of $21,120,000.
Going forward, $9,000,000 is the spin for Q3 '05, which is the mid-range of the $8-10 million estimate provided by Rambus during Q2 '05 earnings conference call.
