The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey issued a summary judgment order regarding several issues in the patent case between Mosaid Technologies Inc. and Infineon Technologies Inc. in which Mosaid asserted Infineon infringed on seven of its patents in memory products.Read the article here.
The court ruled that Infineon’s accused products do not infringe six of Mosaid’s patents, numbers 5,822,253, 5,751,643, 6,278,640, 5,828,620, 6,055,201 and 6,580,654.
