I received an email in which the author wrote:
“Is there any way we could file a "joint or accumulative" complaint against this judge? Would it be to the State of Virginia and the Federal government? I visited the State site, and there is a place there where complaints can be filed against lawyers. I would be willing to participate, if you think it would be helpful to our case.”
The Donkey responds:
I appreciate your spirit . . . however . . .
I do not believe that the shareholders would be helping the "Rambus cause" by becoming a mob. If there are ethical violations - and I know of none - it is proper to file a complaint. I believe it is safe to assume that the legal counsel of RMBS has discussed this topic. If RMBS’ legal counsel thought it was in the best interests of RMBS that a complaint be filed, you can rest assured that it would or will be done by RMBS or an appropriate shareholder(s).
Please, let's not interfere with or distract the hired legal help. They don't need to be hearing lectures in a judge's chambers or from the bench about the crazy RMBS shareholders stalking court employees, rudely calling the clerk's office, or filing unsupported claims against judges, etc., etc.
