Empiricum makes an appeal to Rambus shareholders

In light of today's unfolding events in Atlanta and last week's in Chicago and upon reading a few unsavory and inflammatory remarks that may border on libel and / or actionable threat posted on both the AOL RMBS and the YAHOO! RMBS message boards, I would like to urge everyone to REFRAIN from making or stating PERSONAL attacks on Judge ROBERT E. PAYNE or, for that matter, any judge handling the Rambus cases. Also, I would like each and every one of you to join me in condemning these events as naked affront to our judicial process.

Furthermore, I would like each and everyone to be extra-careful with their remarks concerning the pending DOJ DRAM cartel investigations so as NOT to interfere with it. If I may, let me emphasize that in the proper exercise of our first-amendment rights and our rights as shareholders, we may comment and criticize responsibly the actions and rulings of the judges and the prosecutors with a view in mind that justice be properly administered and manifest our perceptions on conflicts of interests when warranted. Regarding our Banquet, although I have not set a specific date yet, I am seriously thinking of coming up with one for Sunday, if my time limitations would allow, to discuss some relevant matters. You will be further advised.

Again, thank you all for lending me your ears in the above matters.
See you all at the Banquet and have a good day.

Empiricum
