TimesDispatch.com on February 26, 2005, filed a report on the upcoming Rambus v. Infineon litigation taking place in Judge Robert Payne's federal courtroom in Richmond, Virginia.
Noting the Ramboids . . .
"Payne dismissed all of Rambus 60 infringement claims in the first suit, earning him the enmity of a fiercely loyal group of Rambus shareholders."
Noting Rambus' motion for Infineon to turn over additional documents . . .
"On Monday afternoon, Rambus and Infineon attorneys will discuss procedures for the upcoming trial with U.S. District Judge Robert Payne. Also at that time they are to air a motion by Rambus for Infineon to immediately turn over documents related to a recent discovery in a Rambus suit in California against another computer chip maker, Hynix Semiconductor Inc."
Hat tip to Joe of the Pinehurst Thread for the link.
