Empiricum's Banquet No. 3: "Et tu, Brute!"

Empiricum, a regular poster on the AOL Rambus board from 2000 has periodically retired from the AOL Rambus board. On these occasions, he has elected to share his insights in a more gentlemanly manner than the public board with its masquerading bashers, pumpers and dumpers. In recent weeks, Empiricum has served three email "Banquets" wherein he has analyzed several aspects of the various Rambus litigation.

Empiricum's most recent Banquet was titled "Et tu, Brute!" One of the topics of this third banquet was the analyst Erach Desai with American Technology Research. Empiricum takes Desai to task. With permission, I quote in part "Having caused a tremendous drop on the stock price on December 21 due to his bold but erroneous prediction, Desai SHOULD HAVE CORRECTED HIS MISTAKE in the same forum he made his prediction and APOLOGIZED FOR IT ! But apparently he did not... did he?!"

Empiricum serves his delicious fares to a fortunate select few via email. If you wish to receive Empiricum's next serving, or perhaps a late appetizer, you may post your request on the AOL Rambus board. Although he has taken a leave from the board, Empiricum lurks in the shadows.

Hat tip to Empiricum, Banquet No. 3 was tasty indeed.
