They are two spineless and pathetic Calfornia patent case judges. We know them as the "Duo Of Delay" and they have, "double-handedly" set out to prove, without a doubt, that "justice delayed is justice denied".
Unfortunately, they've selected Rambus, the company with the seemingly incompetent management team, to participate in their incredibly costly plan.
Can someone even get close to an explanation of what Whyte has been doing for SIX YEARS on this case? It's not a joke any more. Will this case ever be taken seriously by the "Duo Of Delay"? None of us are immortal. At the conclusion of this case, I have to wonder if ........
