What's more pathetic? Is it being like Whyte and just being spineless, and/or incredibly lazy, from the start?
Or, is it the Kramer method -- talk tough at the start (saying something like, "One a trial date is set, it is set in stone"), but then backing off and showing you also have no spine?
Well, enough about the pathetic judges.
