The 1960s and 1970s -- things were simpler then. Back then, I'll bet you could find a patent case judge that actually did some work !! I'll bet you could find a company with a crooked management team (backdating options, etc.), but it's doubtful that company's management team would be so seemingly inept, and totally incompetent, as that at Rambus.
