I got together last night with another Rambus shareholder. He feels, even more strongly than I, that Rambus management is totally inept. He also agrees that Judge Whyte appears to be on a mission to take Rambus down. We could not think of a better example of "justice delayed is justice denied".
Anyway, he eventually went home and I, therefore, was .....
