Not your father's wood shop class

Students attending 7th & 8th grade wood shop class at George A. Buljan Intermediate School in Roseville, California, don't make bookends, bird houses, or pot holders - they create electric guitars.

Yes, you read that correctly, they create electric guitars!

The industrial education instructor, Duane Calkins' goal for his class "is to have every parent proud of their child while in my class."
