I felt bad for the guy. He told me that he recommended his mother put a large percentage of her retirement into RMBS when Rambus "won" the Hynix trial.
Since then, that investment is down more than 80% -- a special thanks goes out to Judge Whyte for that !!
Anyway, all this guy could say was, "I don't know how I'm gonna ...........
