More Restricted Stock Units to the faithful - that is, those with parking places. With 1/4th vesting August 28, 2009 and the remainder vesting in three equal portions annually:

Kevin Donnelly, 20,000 + on 2/1/08 awarded 10,000 RSUs and 30,000 options at $19.86
Sharon Holt, 20,000 + on 2/1/08 awarded 12,000 RSUs and 40,000 options at $19.86
Thomas Lavelle, 20,000 + on 2/1/08 awarded 12,000 RSUs and 40,000 options at $19.86
Michael Schroeder, 18,000 + on 2/1/08 awarded 6,000 RSUs and 20,000 options at $19.86
Scott Martin, 20,000 + on 2/1/08 awarded 10,000 RSUs and 30,000 options ast $19.86

For the curious, the August 28, 2008 gifts total about $1,700,000 in aggregate at today's close of $17.36 and the gifts on February 1, 2008 total about $868,000.

Rambus is laying off 90 employees as it restructures.

Stack another round (or two?) on each year and those handcuffs could make a porn star blush, even if Rambus share price flounders.
