Pathways Hospice Foundation assists in funding services provided by Pathways Home Health and Hospice, including family bereavement counseling and support, integrated therapies, caregiver support, comfort care, and gap funding for under and uninsured patients in the Bay Area.
During the breakfast the John W. Gardner Visionary Award will be given to Dr. Philip R. Lee.
Janis Bell, RN, will be receiving One from the Heart Award honoring her twenty years as a hospice nurse.
