Every member should remain in chambers until the budget is passed - restroom breaks excepted. No going home for showers. No leaving for a quick bite to eat. Simply stay on the job until it is done. They can catnap at their desks or crash on the floor.
Arnold's website has a click the boxes email form to send to the appropriate elected representative. Who knows if anybody even reads these things, but it can't hurt?
Join Arnold in urging the legislature to do their job now, here.
FYI - Arnold's form doesn't suggest foregoing showers, etc . . .
