2) The Honorable Judge Whyte can look forward to further proceedings about DRAM, et al.;
3) The media hacks can recycle old poorly researched news alleging Rambus is litigious and opining that Rambus is simply nuts to sue its customers;
4) Ramboids can plan their vacations for another five years or so around trips to court hearings in San Jose, California; and
5) The Govenator can send Harold Hughes a thank you note for keeping a few more California lawyers and their staffs fully employed.
