The clock is winding down on the original Farmwald-Horowitz patents in the Rambus Inc. portfolio. Whether or not Rambus will receive anywhere near fair compensation for the use of its intellectual property by the memory manufacturers currently rests in the hands of the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte.
Will Judge Whyte issue an injunction unstayed on behalf of Rambus against Hynix?
