The FTC has requested a rehearing on the trashing it received from the pen of Senior Circuit Judge Williams (United States Court of Appeal for the District Of Columbia Circuit).
The filing is not posted, but Skip Olivia reports that is has happened.
I wonder if Micron paid for the legal research and drafting?
