The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit has overturned the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) decisions regarding Rambus, and remanded the matter back to the FTC for further proceedings consistent with the Court's opinion.(Read the Press Release here.)
The shareholders crave a lot less decorum from their CEO, something along the line of a full page advertisement in the Wall Street Journal stating "FTC, make a mental note . . . oh, I see you are out of paper!" or "Make somebody happy, mind your own business" or "I see the wheel is still spinning but the hamster died."
