Reading my snail mail from Citi Smith Barney. Registering on the annoyance meter is the Privacy Notice that accompanied the Client Statement.
Why doesn't Smith Barney provide a pre-addressed stamped envelope to return the completed Privacy Choices?
Full service brokerage with full service execution charges and they can't spring for an envelope and a stamp. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
Of course, if I complain to my nice "Financial Advisor" he will cough up a stack of envelopes for my convenience . . . why do I have to ask?
