Can you believe it? They're complaining about the non-resolution of the Rambus legal situation after only following it for 6-7 years. They're also complaining about the delay in the restatement required as a result of Rambus management's criminal options backdating scandal -- you know, the one Monotonal Satish said would be released 8 months ago after they "crossed the T's and dotted the I's".
