Schwarzenegger was warned that Senator Leland Yee's bill barring the sale of violent video games to minors was unconstitutional. Yet the Governator sent his lawyers to court and they had their collective b-hinds kicked by the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte. Now the Entertainment Software Association is asking for its attorney fees and costs to the tune of $324,840.
Darn it Arnold. Get a grip and stop throwing away money chasing a losing cause. Terminate the appeal.
