Samsung wants Exec to be deposed in Korea

Erin Coe writing for Portfolio Media (IPLaw360 subscription) reports that Samsung objects to Rambus Inc. deposing Dr. Hyung-Kyu Lim (pictured) in California.

Samsung suggests holding the deposition in Seoul Korea or Rambus deposing another senior executive in California.
