While the Ramboids wait, Judge Ronald M. Whyte is busy ordering the DHS to pay attorney fees to U.C. Davis Civil Rights and Immigration Law Clinics for work of the Clinics' law students and their supervisors for the representation of a client diagnosed with schizophrenia who was denied mediation while in custody and not provided transportation to court, also while in custody.
Who at the DHS should be saying "I am not as smart as a fifth grader?" What a waste of judicial time and tax payer dollars!
