Rambus Inc. announced that the 25 Millionth XDR™ DRAM memory device has shipped.
In its press release Rambus Inc. noted that "licensees include Elpida Memory Inc., Qimonda AG, and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd." Rambus.com fails to list Samsung as a licensee and the site pimps Elpida Memory Inc. proclaiming "XDR DRAM is available now from Elpida."
