Rambus Inc., putting ducks in a line

On June 7, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Rambus Inc., approved an amendment to the corporate Bylaws to allow a corporate action without a meeting of the board or committee, provided all the directors or members consent in writing or by electronic transmission to the action.
