Federal Judge Joseph J. Farnan, Jr., denied Rambus's motion to transfer its litigation pending in Delaware to California and set a trial date for October 15, 2007, for the Phase I, "unclean hands" trial.
Specifically, " . . . the court finds that Phase I 'unclean hands' issue should be tried in Delaware and the Court is prepared to hold trial commencing on October 15, 2007."
Will Rambus renew its motion prior to the Infringement and Conduct phases?
