DRAM Antitrust Litigation - Settlements

The class action brought on behalf of direct purchasers of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) for alleged "unlawful conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the prices of DRAM."

DRAM is defined as SDRAM, RDRAM, ASYNC, FPM DRAM, EDO DRAM, BEDO DRAM and DDR.

Who: Elpida ($14,750,000); NEC ($35,960,000); Winbond ($2,000,000); and Micron ($90,537,000)
What: Proposed settlement
Where: U.S. District Court, San Francisco, Courtroom 3 (450 Golden Gate Ave.)
When: April 18, 2007, 9:00 a.m.

This round of defendants deny all allegations.

Previous defendants denied all allegations and settled.

Infineon $20,750,000
Hynix $73,000,000
