DRAM price-fixers blow a statute?

In the DDR2 etc., litigation, Rambus Inc. filed motions to dismiss various cross claims of Samsung, Hynix, Micron and Nanya for taking too long to ask the court for relief. The old saying is, "you snooze you lose."

Any Donkey suspects that a busload of lawyers for the price-fixers and friends have the trots and feel like ralphing.

Samsung blames Neil Steinberg for part of its problems and Rambus Inc. tells the court Samsung took too long to complain.

Nanya alleges Rambus Inc. attempted to extract excessive royalties, etc., etc. and Rambus Inc. tells the court Nanya took too long to complain.

Hynix alleges Rambus Inc. destroyed documents and promised to relentlessly litigate, etc., etc. and Rambus Inc. tells the court that Hynix took too long to complain.

Micron alleges Rambus Inc. did all manner of evil and Rambus Inc. tells the court that Micron waited too long to complain.
