You really want to believe it won't happen. However, when you review Rambus management's track record as far as showing consideration for their shareholders, you can't dismiss the possibility RMBS will be delisted.
Rambus has failed to restate earnings in a time period in which a third grader might have solved the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle after getting a "D" in Math.
Anyway, if they are delisted, some scavenging and bloodsucking leech-like law firm will grab Infringeon to be the named plaintiff in a class action matter against Rambus.
